The Rome Independent Cinema Festival returns to Casa del Cinema on 5 October 2026 for an evening dedicated to independent cinema.

Eight films comprise this year’s programme. The first screening presents Three Times, a feature film by Argentinian filmmaker Marlene Grinberg. The evening continues with seven short films from Italy, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Portugal, the United States and Poland. Fiction, documentary and animation share the programme, with films by Sarah Narducci, Andreea Lorena Florea, Quenton Miller, Francisca Borges, Iain B. MacDonald, Carolyn and Andy London, and Bartłomiej Błaszczyński.
